You've accepted the call to be a JANES Leader and now we'd like to provide you with some tools to help you achieve the purposes God has laid out before you. If you have questions or concerns, or if you have some creative ideas to help other leaders, now is the time to share them with your team members. We want you to excel in the role God has led you to. Don't miss the last meeting of this year!

Let your husbands, brothers, fathers, sons, friends and co-workers know about Bay Area Fellowship's new Men's Ministry (MoB Ministry)!

I've heard it said that a man will be accountable to God or he will just be accountable to himself. Certainly, we will all be called into account one day by the Father. So who is helping to keep you real? Who is the person that you have 24 hour a day access with? Maybe, you don't have that relationship yet. Here's a great way to get started. First, plug into one of the many men's groups that are available. This is one of the easiest steps and you will find that many of us struggle with the same things. I have seen God use these groups to help change and impact lives. My life included.

Next, prioritize your time to include meeting regularly.

Then, allow yourself to be transparent and real. It's one of the bravest things you will ever do.

JANES EXPO 2007: The Year of the She-leader!

LEADERS UNITE!

The 2007 JANES Expo was spectacular! Julie's JANE cut-outs were beautiful; and the hot pink, lime green and chocolate decor was stunning! All of the Bevy Leaders, Women's Home Team Leaders, Bible Study Leaders, and Dream Team Coordinators were energized and ready to plug the women of Bay Area Fellowship into our Christ-centered community of women! We want to thank all of the leaders for all of their hard work and dedication! Your ministry is an integral part of this Women's Ministry!!!

DeeDee, the stellar leader of the JANES Women's Ministry, received a beautful gift from her lovely JANES! DeeDee was brought to tears by the sight of all the leaders willing to serve the JANES Women's Ministry!
